Rachel L. Malpasso, M.S., RYT 200, CYT 500.

After a TBI, Rachel Malpasso began chair yoga in a rehab hospital. She fell in love with all 8 limbs so much that she opened a business (EveryBody Wellness & Yoga) where she teaches customized private yoga lessons, 100% online! She specializes in helping those with disabilities, injuries, chronic illnesses, and mobility issues. Rachel lives in Newport News and can relate to others in this population not only through her TBI experience, but also through a primary immunodeficiency disease and extensive personal trauma. She is a vegan, loves hiking, and is passionate about social change. She completed her 200-hour training at Zenya Yoga Academy and 300-hour at My Vinyasa Practice. She has additional training in trauma-informed yoga, special populations, yoga nidra, and chair yoga. Plus she holds a Master’s in Psychology. Rachel’s dream is to make yoga accessible to all while linking physical and mental health.

Lian Mosher E-RYT 200, Reiki, Sound Healing

Lian Mosher has been practicing yoga since she was 13. Her practice grew from a place of anxiety, eating disorders, and later on, trauma. After receiving her 200hr certification in Boston in 2015, she moved to Virginia where she began her teaching path. Her goal is to help you rediscover the strength and light within you, focusing on alignment, stability, and breath. Each session is creatively unique built around intention and flow and closes with singing bowl and mantra. Lian is also a reiki practitioner and sound healer and aspires to use yoga, essential oils, sound, and energy work as well as her Korean background to create space for healing and growth.
